We keep parts on the shelf, for the locations willing to repair their own bars, or for the repairs we do.
If you're having issues with your Roller Bar, do not hesitate to call us about it. We'll work with you to ensure you're up and running ASAP.
We utilize a locking double taper bushing to secure the segments to the shaft. Repairs are also made easier by using our tapered bushings.
We supply new Roller Nose Bars to many locations in varying styles for both Coe and Raute lathes. Pictured is the end segment and hardware for our "Southern" style Roller Chain bar. We make bars for older Hy-Vo driven pressure bars too.
We also repair broken, damaged or worn Roller Nose Bars. Everything is replaced, except for the segments, tapered bushings and bearing housings. Segments, bushings and bearing housings are cleaned and inspected for damage or excessive wear and painted if in good condition. If necessary or requested, they'll be replaced.
Traditionally, Roller Bar segments are fluted and hard chrome plated. We offer a couple options, straight or diamond fluting, chrome plated or a carbide coating.
Since we repair Roller Bars, we keep a great deal of parts on hand. If you're inclined to repair your own bars.
